All products are generally microwave safe. Dishwasher is not recommended. I personally always hand wash my handmade pottery and tend not to use them in microwaves.

At this time all sales are final, and I cannot offer refunds or exchanges. Shipping ceramics is its own unique skill set and having a customer send back an item will likely end up with it broken. In the event there is an unforeseen problem, please contact me and we can work out a solution.
